I did too. I used to get picked on by my friends, family and peers for being too skinny. They would say some very insulting things that at the time really hurt my spirits. Then, I started working out and I absolutely fell in love. It was similar to the feeling of going on a first date with a woman that after you feel is the one for you. Even if you don’t quite love working out like I do I still believe I can get you to stay committed enough to change your entire perspective on what working out is all about. It’s not something you should dread in the least bit and if you do that’s OKAY. Working out should be something that in long term success will help you feel better about yourself whether that is physically or mentally, something that will change your life and also inspire others around you. I’ve trained a TON of people in my life and the area that I feel most satisfied when I go to sleep at night is seeing how many family members, friends and peers are inspired by my clients success stories. I am driven to help you reach any goal that you want to achieve no matter how big or small the goal is.     6 years; Since my Sophomore year of high school.

  • Did you play any sports in high school or college?

    Yes, in high school I played Basketball, Baseball, Track and Football. In college I played NCAA Division 3 Basketball.

  • What can I expect out of this online training?

    You can expect weekly videos of me breaking down forms, giving feedback on your workouts, setting your workout plans, and dietary suggestions.

  • Do I have to take videos of myself working out?

    For certain workouts, yes. This helps me to give you feedback through video on how to correct certain movements and also keeps you accountable to get into the gym and perform these particular workouts.

  • What made you decide to become a Personal Trainer?

    I fell in love with working out and the feeling I get after a great workout and I wanted to pass that experience on to anyone who is interested in learning more about improving their personal health.
